Telehealth Update

The government has recently made changes to the availability of Medicare rebates for Telehealth appointments and therefore we will no longer be offering fully bulk-billed Telehealth services, from 1st October 2020.
We will continue to bulk bill anyone with COVID-like symptoms, children under 12 and aged-care pensioners. Anyone outside these groups can still access Telehealth at our normal private billing rates, with discounts where eligible, and will receive standard Medicare rebates.
As usual, all billing is at the discretion of our doctors.
