Medicare has amended the rules regarding Telehealth consultations and as such we will not be offering fully bulk-billed Telehealth services.

We will continue to offer Telehealth phone consults however, and our fees will be in line with our standard face-to-face appointments. Medicare rebates do apply, as long as you have been in for an appointment in the past 12 months.

Bulk-billed Telehealth appointments are available to patients who have COVID-19 symptoms and have visited our practice within the past 12 months.

As usual, all billing is at the discretion of our doctors.
